Walt Disney World has implemented new access restrictions for resort transportation departing from Disney Springs as of June 28, 2026. Guests are now required to verify that they have an active resort hotel reservation or a qualifying advance dining reservation before boarding resort buses and watercraft.

Parking at resorts near Magic Kingdom, specifically Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, has also become more restricted. During high-demand periods, visitors may be required to prove they are staying at the resort or have a confirmed reservation to access parking lots.

Additionally, location-based mobile ordering restrictions have been applied to quick-service dining at select resorts, including Disney’s Grand Floridian, Disney’s Contemporary, Disney’s Polynesian Village, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. These geofencing measures require guests to be at or near the participating resort to place a mobile food order.
