Disney Experiences has introduced a new program for students from The Bahamas, marking a milestone for the organization. Participants live and work at Walt Disney World Resort, gaining professional experience within the company.
Oneiya Neymour, a marketing student from the University of The Bahamas, shared her experience working in a custodial role at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park during the summer. She noted that the program provided significant lessons regarding leadership and teamwork.
The students participating in the program engaged in daily operations at the resort while exploring local attractions in Orlando. The initiative aims to provide international students with an opportunity to represent their culture while working in a global environment.
