Disney Cruise Line is continuing its fleet expansion as part of a $60 billion commitment to the Disney Experiences portfolio, aiming to reach a 13-ship fleet by 2031. The upcoming Disney Imagination is scheduled to launch in the spring of 2029 as the inaugural ship for the Disney Cruise Line Japan operation, managed by the Oriental Land Company.
The Disney Believe is confirmed for a December 18, 2027, maiden voyage. It will sail from Port Everglades, Florida, offering 4- and 5-night Caribbean itineraries that include stops at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Additionally, the Disney Adventure, which began sailing from Singapore in March 2026, will introduce a new 4-night itinerary featuring a stop in Langkawi, Malaysia, starting December 31, 2026. The line also plans to introduce at least three ships in a new class, positioned in size between the Magic and Wish classes, though further details are not yet available.
