The holiday season has begun early at Disneyland Resort, with Sleeping Beauty Castle receiving winter decor. Reports indicate this is likely in preparation for filming a holiday television special expected between October 23 and 26.
Beginning November 13, the 'Viva Navidad' street show will move to the Hollywood Boulevard corridor in Disney California Adventure to accommodate construction for a new attraction. The new venue is intended to provide more shade and viewing space for guests.
Hand-pulled candy canes return on select dates from November 27 through December 25. Guests must obtain a wristband at the park entrance to purchase the treats, with a limit of one per person. Sales will alternate between Candy Palace in Disneyland Park and Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure.
